Basssouth membership dues are $35.00 per year for returning members paying dues by Dec. 15th. From Dec. 15th to Dec. 31st there will be a $15.00 late fee. After Dec. 31st you must be voted back in and pay a New Member fee of $50.00. Your dues go to help run the club such as purchasing trophies, website maintenance, hats, decals, club functions, etc.

Basssouth was formed as a Bellsouth employee bass club in December of 2005.We now are a (semi) open club which meens you must be a AT&T employee or invited by a current member in good standings. The club was formed on the values, traditions, and history of B.A.S.S. This club was also formed to give members a competitive bass fishing environment that encourages fun, friendly, and competitive sportsmanship.

Basssouth is a team format club, but if someone doesn't have a partner he may fish by himself and pay a full boat entry fee. At least one person from each boat must be a member in good standings. We will have seven tournaments in 2008 followed by the year end classic. To fish the classic you must be a active member of Basssouth.

New members must be voted in by at least 50% of current members. A vote will be conducted by the club officers for new membership.

We will be limiting the club to 16 boats for the 2008 season. If a situation occurs where we have more boats wanting to fish we may have a special vote to allow others.
